The Consideration Checklists identifies considerations relevant to the proposal which have not already been detected automatically using GIS data on the Subject Site page.
Using the Consideration Checklists
Questions prompt you to check for the presence of features at or around the subject site and groups of activities involved in the proposal. The answers to questions determine which considerations are relevant to a proposal. If you are unsure of an answer, you can leave a question for later. If you answer a question and would like to undo this, you can click the cancel button to clear your answer.
Adding suggested documents
If a question is answered yes, the underlying consideration(s) relating to that question are displayed. Where a document is suggested, this can be added to your project using the add button at the right of the consideration. See Considerations for more on the different types of considerations and how they work. If a question is answered no, the underlying consideration(s) are deemed irrelevant. In this way, the checklist narrows down considerations to those which are relevant to the proposal.
Making comments on checklist answers
Comments can be added to each question to provide any explanation, clarification or commentary on answers, as needed.
